Our Beverly Hills based macaron shop, famous for its kaleidoscopic offerings since 2007, started spring with a new name – 'lette:
Continuing the successful collaboration between Paulette Koumetz, owner and macaron enthusiast, and Christophe Michalak, French pastry chef extraordinaire and winner of the 2005 Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie – "pau" was the victim of a trademark lawsuit, but 'lette carries on their unbroken passion du macaron: let them eat macarons!
